This is the return policy for the e101Direct.com website (www.e101direct.com).
All products purchased through www.e101Direct.com website, may be returned within 15 days of receipt of product. You will need an RMA number (authorization to return the product) to process your return and you may obtain one by calling our customer service line at 1-800-517-0455 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PST.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must have a valid RMA number to be accepted. Returns requested after 15 days from receipt of product will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless you are returning a product that was defective.
REFUNDS: A refund for your returned product will be issued to the credit card you used to make your original product purchase online. Once we receive your authorized return package with it's RMA# containing the product purchased, a refund will be issued to your credit card the same day we process your return.
